   These terms and conditions govern the use of our site and sale of products, including handling of donations and pre-orders. By accessing our website and making purchases or donations, you agree to these terms as outlined.

   This website operates in Canada and adheres to Canadian law. Peace Love Infinity: The Wil Pratt Legacy Fund is not a registered charity but a managed fund that distributes donations to registered charities annually.

   No user registration is required to make purchases or donations. We collect names, delivery addresses, and email addresses to process orders and communicate important information such as receipts and updates.

4. Donations
   Donations made through our website are pooled and distributed to charities at the discretion of the fund. We do not issue tax receipts as we are not a registered charity. There are no minimum or maximum donation limits.

5. Products and Purchases
   We sell both physical products (e.g., comic books, vinyl albums) and digital products. Physical products may be shipped or picked up if local to the Edmonton, Alberta area. Digital products are accessible for 90 days post-purchase or launch, subject to variation. Customers opting for pickup are responsible for arranging transportation and must present a valid ID.

6. Pre-Orders
   Pre-order terms, expected delivery dates, and any significant updates will be provided on the related product's page and communicated via email and social media. Full refunds are available for pre-orders delayed over two months past the estimated delivery date.

7. Payment Methods
   Payments are accepted via credit card and processed securely through Stripe. We do not store any payment details on our servers.

8. Refunds and Returns
   Refunds are available within 7 days of order placement provided no fulfillment has occurred. Specific terms apply to delayed pre-orders as described. We do not accept returns and all items are final sale unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

9. Data Privacy and Security
